The Universal Prompt Template

Three parts: a short guide to how it works, the template itself, and a real example you can copy.

The same structure I use at my 9 to 5, in this business, and for personal projects. I built it over 4 years of working with AI across every kind of task.

Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any model you use.

Reality check

Here's what's happening.

Companies are starting to hire less. First 25%, then 50%, then a freeze. Then come the layoffs. It's happening sooner than you think.

When the layoffs start, they start with the people who never learned how to use AI well. The people who start learning now sit at the top: they produce more, deliver higher-quality work, and become more valuable. Companies promote and pay those people more, not cut them.

The fear is real.

The opportunity is bigger.

The Architect Method is how you act on it.

The Architect Method

From casual AI user to running automated workflows.

A 10 module video course of the exact strategies I use at my corporate analytics job and to run this business solo. Built over 4 years of using AI daily.

01

The Opportunity and the Mindset

Why mindset comes before technique, and how to build the habit of reaching for AI.

02

The Perspective Shift

Why you are the Architect and AI is the Master Builder. The frame for everything that follows.

03

What the Builder Actually Is

How the builder works: its memory, its limits, and the kinds of tasks that fit it.

04

How to Think About Prompting

The mental models behind every good prompt, before any specific technique.

05

Prompt Foundations

The structure of a well-built prompt: Context, Provided Information, Task, and how they go together.

06

Prompting Methods

Methods for different jobs: short asks, clarifying questions, decomposition, self-critique, and more.

07

After the Prompt Runs

What to do once the output appears: refine, restrain, verify, and keep the project alive outside the chat.

08

Workflow Automation

Turn recurring work into reusable workflows you run with only the input changing.

09

Context, Tools, and Practical Decisions

Picking the right model, the right platform, and the right level of trust for each job.

I felt the same fear. Let me shift your perspective.

I started using ChatGPT in 2022, my junior year of college. I used it for school and for internships, and I saw where it was going before most people did. It scared me. The conclusion I reached was direct: AI is going to take our jobs.

So I acted on it. Instead of applying to corporate roles I thought AI would replace, I started a pressure washing business in 2024 after I graduated and ran it for a year using AI to build and grow it. I picked something AI couldn't touch.

The business worked, but it wasn't what I wanted to do forever. So I pivoted into a corporate analytics job, where I still work and use AI heavily every day. That's where my perspective flipped. What I realized: nobody actually knows how to use AI well yet.

The fear became an opportunity. If I got really good at using AI, I'd be more valuable, get paid more, and end up teaching it. I was right. Now I'm essential at work: I help others use AI, and I build workflow automations that take 6 hour tasks down to 5 minutes.

That arc, fear into opportunity, is what the course teaches.

Common Questions

When does the course launch?
July 1, 2026.
How much does it cost?
$279 for lifetime access at public launch. Early-bird pricing is $229, available to anyone who downloads the free template before launch.
Who is this for?
Knowledge workers, analysts, consultants, marketers, operators, entrepreneurs, and students heading into the workforce. The course takes you from casual AI use to running automated workflows, so whether you've never opened ChatGPT or you use it every day, you'll move forward from where you are.
What if I already use ChatGPT every day?
Daily casual use is where the course starts. The arc takes you from one-off chats to full workflow automations you re-run every week. Most daily users are using maybe ten percent of what's actually possible.
Do I need any prior technical experience?
No. You'll use Claude and ChatGPT through their normal chat interfaces. No coding required, nothing to install, nothing to configure.
