Privacy Policy

The short version

I collect your name and email when you sign up for the Universal Prompt Template or join the waitlist for The Architect Method. I use that to send you the template, course updates, and the occasional newsletter. I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary to run the service. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What I collect

• Name and email address. When you submit the signup form.
• Basic technical information. Browser type, device, country-level location, and pages visited. Collected by Cloudflare for security and aggregate analytics. No cookies, no fingerprinting.

How I use it

• Send you the Universal Prompt Template after signup.
• Notify you when The Architect Method launches.
• Send occasional emails about prompt engineering and AI workflow automation. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email.
• Understand which parts of the site are working so I can improve them.

Who has access to your data

Your name and email are stored in MailerLite, an email service provider. MailerLite has its own privacy policy and security practices, available at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy. I do not share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email by clicking the unsubscribe link. You can ask me to delete your data at any time by emailing chrisexplainsai@gmail.com. I will remove your information within 7 days.

Children

The site and course are not intended for anyone under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided me with information, email me and I will delete it.

Changes

If I update this policy, I will change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged to current subscribers via email.
